For more information, visit amwater.com and join American Water on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.Primary Role * Responsible for providing support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process for our internal stakeholders and candidates. * Support the organization's Talent Acquisition strategic goals in ID&E, execution of our internship and co-op program, and other workforce readiness initiatives. * Additional support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process for our internal stakeholders and candidates. Key Accountabilities * Partner with the ID&E Talent Acquisition Partner to design, manage, and facilitate early talent acquisition programs & events for American Water (internship, co-ops, entry level roles). * Partner with the ID&E Talent Acquisition Partner to plan and coordinate on-campus and virtual events; including: Career Fairs, Information Sessions, Phone Screens, Interview Days, Student Group Events, etc. * Maintain calendar of campus events. * Coordinate campus event follow-up communications. * Maintain accounts for college/university websites and post open campus positions * Coordinate and Manage campus event logistics including shipment of supplies and marketing materials, booking room reservations, etc. * Occasionally review resumes for additional candidate pipeline support. * Support the Talent Acquisition Team to implement integrated workforce solutions that drive inclusive behaviors and business practices at all levels while increasing diversity throughout the organization. * Receive and create requisitions in applicant tracking system in a timely manner. * Support scheduling of interviews for assigned TA partners including any travel logistics as needed. * Prepare offer documents and employment agreements. Key Accountabilities Continued * Collaborate with TA partners to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding. * Monitor background checks and onboarding activities of candidates. * Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates & internal stakeholders, addressing their inquiries and concerns throughout the recruitment process. * Monitor various forms of inquiries including shared mailboxes, phone lines, etc. * Manage the employee referral process including tracking of payments and submission to payrollTo view the full job description, click here>
