Posting Summary
Rutgers Futures Scholars seeks facilitators that would report to the Camden, NJ area. The Facilitator position is responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences to Rutgers Future Scholars pre-college students through teaching, leading workshops, creating engaging projects, and efficiently managing assigned duties. This position requires a passion for education, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students, staff, and stakeholdersThis position is for multiple vacancies.

Position Salary Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, within university policy and salary schedules, as well as departmental budgets.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Also requires a minimum of three to five years of relevant professional experience in an administrative and/or supervisory function, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy.
- OR -
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience in the discipline. A master's degree in a specialized discipline may be required, particularly in research, project management or managerial positions. Also requires a minimum of five years experience and/or increasing functional responsibility in a leadership/managerial role. With a master's degree requirement, a minimum of three years of related experience is acceptable. Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education/experiences in youth development, teaching certificate preferred. Also requires a minimum of five years experience within in a non-profit, governmental agency or K-12.
