Posting Summary | Under the general supervision of the Associate Dean for the Office of International Students and Global Programs, the Program Coordinator will effectively administer the Rutgers-Camden Learning Abroad program, approximately 15-20 short-term faculty led study abroad courses, as well as our stateside Study Away program. The Program Coordinator will advise, develop and assist in coordinating multiple aspects of the Learning Abroad and Study Away program, including travel itinerary and budget planning, student advising, enrollment management, marketing, promotion, and pre-departure orientation for students and faculty. The Program Coordinator also serves as a Designated School Official and assists international students as needed. |

Work Arrangement | Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. The flexible work arrangements outlined in Rutgers Policy 60.3.22 are part of a pilot program that is effective September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2024. Therefore, there is no guarantee that this flexible work arrangement will continue beyond that date. Preferred Qualifications | Work experience in a higher education setting, preferably in a study abroad or international student services office. Substantive international experience, including study and/or living and working abroad. Knowledge of current issues related to international study. Facility with a second language desirable; familiarity with F-1 and J-1 regulations as well as the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) and Terra Dotta preferred. |
