General Summary: Campbell Snacks is currently seeking students for 6-month co-op positions within the R&D Package Development Department at the corporate office located in Camden, NJ. Campbell Snacks' Co-op Program provides students with an opportunity to contribute to activities within Snacks and Fresh & Frozen Bakery. Students may work on brands including Goldfish, Milano, Snyder's of Hanover, Late July, Cape Cod and Farmhouse encompassing a wide variety of packaging formats. Embark on our 6-month long co-op program where you will gain hands-on experience working closely with experienced professionals on meaningful projects. For this position, we are seeking full-time, driven undergraduate students pursuing a degree Packaging Engineering or related field. Successful co-ops possess a strong academic background and are eager to learn. Our program allows co-ops to fully embrace their career path. Not only will you be working on a variety of critical projects, you will also be gaining valuable corporate experience and industry knowledge. We can help you grow and develop not only as a student, but also as a professional through: Professional Development Workshops Involvement in the Local Community Building a Lifelong Network Primary Responsibilities: Assist with the development of package components to support Base, Innovation and Quality initiatives. Participate in and lead Packaging trials at manufacturing facilities as needed. Effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members and external suppliers. Present results to the R&D organization upon completion of the 6-month term. Co-op Sessions Available: Jan-June 2025 Job Specifications: Candidates must be full-time undergraduate students, enrolled in Packaging Engineering or related program and will be returning to school after the completion of the co-op term. Candidates must have completed at least one semester of core classes and/or fulfilled School requirements for Co-op eligibility. Candidates must be in good academic standing with their college or university. 3.0 GPA or higher preferred. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project and business needs. Candidates must be able to work well independently within a team environment and manage multiple projects. Physical ability to handle weight of approximately twenty-five pounds.
