General Summary: The eCommerce Manager is responsible for accelerating the Meals & Beverage division eCommerce business, currently our fastest growing channel, by developing winning strategies for our brand and customer teams to execute. This role is responsible for pioneering new tools and capabilities in this space and advocating adoption throughout the organization working closely with our Brand Marketing, Category Strategy and Shopper Insights teams. This role requires a high level of cross-functional collaboration and influence with marketing and sales, among others. Be the eCommerce channel expert staying up to date of emerging trends within the industry. Provide regular landscape updates and develops specific action plans to drive progress across defined KPI's for our brands and customers. Responsible for creation of monthly updates on consumption and shifting trends to brand teams and oversees reporting analyst involvement. Advisor to development of long- and short-term strategic plans and AOP (annual operating plan) in conjunction with the Director of Digital Commerce Strategy & Capabilities. Partner with Brand Marketing to develop brand specific AOP eCommerce focused strategies. Build eCommerce retailer playbooks, including leading the development and optimization of the eCommerce selling materials to deliver sales impact across retailers and brands, and position Campbell M&B as a best-in-class organization. Champion eCommerce capability building, upskilling the organization by aligning data, tools, and vendor partnerships, and driving engagement and adoption to drive more efficiency and scale across the Campbell's M&B Division. Lead training programs and upskilling across the Sales organization to advance the teams digital IQ. Partner with and lead, when needed, custom research focused on omni and eCommerce channel shopping behaviors. Responsible for synthesis of findings and integration of other data sources into actionable insights to be shared at JBP, T2T, customer meetings and internally. Ratings & Reviews strategy lead and management of agency execution cross-functionally with Digital Content Strategy Manager and Brand Marketing. Develops relationships across functions within the Campbell's M&B Division and influence internally to drive a digital commerce mindset. Knowledge and skills requirement Proven track record of driving initiatives from strategy to execution. Experience with syndicated data reporting and/or analysis, strong storytelling and presentation skills.
