The Product Owner, HCM Talent (Recruiting/Learning and Development) will be responsible for optimizing the Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Learning modules to enhance our strategic processes. They will serve as a partner to the HR and Talent, Recruiting, and Learning teams, providing expertise in Workday functionality, best practices, and innovative solutions. Partner with Human Resources to understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding IT strategies that are required to support them Design and lead theimplementation/configurationand maintenance of relevant IT capabilities and solutions portfolio based on the HR functional strategy, business capabilities and business requirements Develop plans with the HR leadership team to effectively manage the impact the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures, or culture) and financial impact of the IT capabilities and solutions portfolio Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving HR business and operating models PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Learning module-related inquiries and issues Collaborate with HR and IT teams to configure and maintain the Workday modules, ensuring alignment with Talent, Recruiting, and Learning strategies and compliance with regulatory requirements Develop and implement best practices for Talent, Recruiting, and Learning development processes within Workday, including candidate tracking, reporting, and analytics Train and support HR and recruiting teams on Workday Talent, Recruiting and Learning module functionalities and updates Lead the integration of Workday with other HR systems and tools to streamline Talent, Recruiting, and Learning Stay current with Workday releases and updates, assessing the impact on Talent, Recruiting and Learning processes and implementing necessary changes Participate in Workday community forums and networks to exchange knowledge and stay informed about industry trends Working along with HRIT Director, IT Peers and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure that the HR IT capabilities and applications are effectively secured and that risks are mitigated Manage relationships with major HR IT vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE Deep knowledge of Human Resource Processes and the Information and Technology supporting these processes Proven ability to lead in an outsourced delivery and support model The ability to translate business needs into IT service and solution requirements Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation St
