Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies Company is seeking a Principal, Production Operations Manager to join our growing Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment Missille Solutions Sector facility in Camden, Arkansas. The Principal, Product Manager is a key product-centric leadership role that reports into site leadership and is also the liaison between the program office and the Camden facility. This role s its at the nexus of program and process area resources to push delivery at the site levle. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) of indirect reports to achieve a product line’s delivery, quality and cost goals.

Essential Functions:

• Manage all delivery, quality, schedule, and cost targets associated with a program's production.

• Develop and execute the Production Integrated Product Team (P-IPT) business rhythm.

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet delivery commitments.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships.

• Manage financial impacts and program budgets (EVM & Control Account Manager Duties), Safety, Security, PP&C, Global Supply Chain and IT.

• Lead the Production IPT alignment for the operations site teams to successfully execute program requirements relative to delivery, quality, schedule, cost, and performance.

• Interface with site leadership, program management, and customer to ensure the program needs and site plans are in alignment.

• Develop recovery plans when issues arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.

• Business Travel up to 10% to L3Harris or customer sites.

• Ability to obtain US Security Clearence.

  Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant operations, program or product managment experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related operations, program or product managment experience.

• 5+ years experience within manufacturing/production.

  Preferred Additional Skills:

• Aerospace and defense industry experience.

• Experience and familiarity with MS Office products.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze, evaluate and develop solutions to technical problems with minimum supervision.
