Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Human Factors Specialist to join a leading automation client on a 12 month contract basis. You will be working with the nuclear team to bring in house expertise on Human Factors to the team. This will include tasks such as conducting analysis and research on human behavior, optimize the design of products, systems, and processes to maximize user safety, efficiency, and satisfaction, as well as training internal teams to bring awareness.

5+ years experience in Human Factors

Nuclear background

Strong communication skills both verbal and written Leadership certifications null
