Sales Enablement Manager, Service Contracts (Cambridge, MA)

as a Sales Enablement Manager you will have the opportunity to provide sales enablement and marketing support to the Service Solutions Sales team as a part of our larger Service Marketing strategy. Additionally, you will provide direct support to the Sales teams to ensure success & gather feedback from teams to support continuous improvement of enablement programs.
Your role:
Support development of marketing and sales enablement programs (in partnership with Business Marketing Mangers); continuously monitor and measure, seek out actionable insights, and take appropriate actions to drive business results
Provide centralized management of internal and customer-facing collateral, training, contact lists, etc. via Sales Enablement platform (Seismic)
Partner with experts and provide ongoing training and support in service of greater utilization of Seismic in general and advanced features
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business; MBA a plus
3+ years of experience marketing technology, healthcare or medical technology products and solutions; additional experience in sales, sales enablement, or marketing operations preferred
Tech-Savvy, strong understanding of and experience with Salesforce and sales enablement platforms such as Seismic
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing programs and tracking success and impact

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $108000 to $124000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
