Job Function:Research Position Description:Position open for an Immunogenomics Research Assistant at Harvard Medical School to join an exciting research lab investigating immunological tolerance, in relation with autoimmune disease and cancer. The Research Assistant will belong to a team analyzing the function of different genes in controlling immune responses and immunological tolerance. This involves innovative CRISPR screens for immunoregulatory genes and use several cutting-edge tools in immunology and genomics (gene editing, multi-parameter flow cytometry, single-cell RNAseq, ATACseq). Under specific direction, will participate in computational data analysis, in relation with bioinformaticians or immunologists in the lab, or in collaborating institutions in Boston. Will also participate generally in the lab’s operation and management of equipment and supplies.
