We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our team as a QC Analyst, supporting routine testing, data analysis, and laboratory operations within a GMP environment:
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with client team on routine testing and if needed for method transfer or qualification
Make and Review entries in DELTAV, CMMS, validation software, LIMS and system SOPs for the QC laboratory
Maintain and operate analytical instrumentation for a variety of analytical methods
Analyze data; interpretation of data within given parameters
Write QEs and Investigate out of specification or unexpected results and study outcomes
Escalate and assist in the resolution of complex issues
Independently develop, author, and execute protocols, reports and other related documents
Communicate effectively with peers, and demonstrate collaboration within the team for knowledge transfer
Support the implementation and execution of training programs and processes for less experienced QC Analysts
Draft and review technical documents
Maintain/Assist in sample inventory and perform stability sample shipments to external contract laboratories and/or sample storage vendors
Support stability data analysis along with stability document reviews
Managing and/or Assisting
General cleaning and upkeep of the laboratory
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a life science discipline, with 1-2 years of experience
Hands-on experience with various analytical techniques including bioassays, flow cytometry, sequencing, PCR etc.
Scientific knowledge and direct experience with analytical method transfer requirements and processes
Technical writing skills
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently in a high-paced team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work from multiple projects.
Escalate to management any potential concern
The position is full-time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Cambridge, MA and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
