Additional Qualifications and Skills:Demonstrated track record of project management and strategic thinking to determine the scope, direction, and goals of small and large-scale projects. Ability to initiate, manage, and drive multiple tasks and projects under competing deadlines and shifting priorities. Candidate should have proven experience in successfully analyzing data and trends and a drive to take those skills to the next level. A passion for analyzing and interpreting data and market trends to create successful strategies is key.

Must be comfortable collaborating with diverse constituents both internally and externally. Superior project management skills and excellent attention to detail are necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a team-player orientation are required.Additional Information:This is a 40 hours/week, overtime-eligible position.

This is a hybrid position which we consider to be a combination of remote and onsite work at our Boston, MA based campus. HBS expects all staff to be onsite 3 days per week and departments provide onsite coverage Monday – Friday. Specific hours and days onsite will be determined by business needs and are subject to change with appropriate advanced notice.

This role focuses primarily on 1st year student data from survey design to data collection, integrity, and analysis as well as reporting. The Manager works with the broader Market Intelligence team on the collection of alumni career path data and with Career Education and Coaching (CEC) on collection and analysis of coaching and programming data. This role also oversees documentation of Market Intelligence processes.

Specific duties include:

  • Manage employment reporting data collection for 1st year students and alumni

  • Provide data, analyses and insights to students, alumni, HBS leadership, staff, and faculty

  • Collaborate with CEC to collect, analyze and report on coaching and programming data

  • Maintain Market Intelligence process documentation and analysis coding key(s)

  • Support CPD events and programs

  • This role is responsible for other duties as assigned
