Job Description
MARKETING SPECIALIST, Technology Review, to help develop and manage subscription retention and customer journey efforts that drive growth. Will support the director of retention marketing with creating, implementing, and analyzing subscription touchpoints and journey processes; manage the day-to-day operations of retention marketing campaigns and communications; manage implementation of subscription offers and touchpoints between retention and acquisition teams; execute promotions and communications for subscriber-only virtual events; measure and track performance and ROI for retention efforts; coordinate creative design, messaging, and trafficking with internal and outside creative and fulfillment teams; collaborate on identifying new opportunities or challenges and supporting execution; and support other initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; three years’ digital marketing and operations experience in a direct response marketing environment; experience with a subscription, membership, or B2C business and understanding of consumer marketing metrics; hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns or as a project manager for other types of marketing initiatives; expertise managing timelines and deliverables; hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, including CRM, ESP, and CMS platforms; experience applying data-driven decisions using analytics, A/B testing, campaign reports, and dashboards; excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills; experience with direct response copywriting and creative design for digital and print channels; and attention to detail. Seek a self-starter who executes tactically, can identify challenges or opportunities and execute action plans, prioritize and manage multiple short- and long-term projects simultaneously, and work independently and as part of an energetic team in a rapidly evolving environment. PREFERRED: experience with customer retention marketing; experience in media/publishing; and knowledge of HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, and Data Studio. Job #24139-7Location is remote. 6/12/24
