About the role

Under general supervision, performs basic Laboratory Technical Services (LTS) functions that support the customer’s research and development community. Services can include but are not limited to daily system checks, user calibrations, reagent preparation, material/supply staging.

What you’ll do

  • Autoclave exterior stainless steel should be wiped down daily

  • Autoclave or Glasswasher troubles should be reported to facility managers

  • Manages buffer solution inventory of buffers made and chemicals required to make them

  • Clean exterior and interior of glasswasher, exterior stainless steel should be wiped down daily

  • Collects soiled glassware from designated laboratory locations.

  • Cleans and Sterilizes collected glassware from designated laboratory locations.

  • Maintains inventory and levels of glassware throughout the laboratory

  • Operates washers and autoclaves according to manufacturer specifications

  • Manages lab coat levels sorts all coats by size at lab entrances on 2 floors

  • Replenishes stock locations of glassware throughout the lab

  • Makes Buffers to standard SOP’s

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred. Minimum one-year related experience or equivalent work experience.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Laboratory Coordinator position is $55,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Laboratory Coordinator position is $67,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
