East Cambridge Savings Bank Financial Analyst II in Cambridge, Massachusetts
East Cambridge Savings Banks Accounting Division is actively recruiting for a Financial Analyst II Function: Under the general direction of the Assistant Controller, provides a variety of financial data maintaining and updating corporate financial models and plans. Manages a variety of duties pertaining to the Banks financial reporting functions in accordance with established Bank policies, procedures and strategic goals. We are looking for candidates with: *Bachelor\'s degree in business, accounting or finance or equivalent through specialized coursework and training. *At least five years of experience in accounting or finance, banking preferred. *At least two years of experience with financial reporting and analysis which includes knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) in a banking environment *Experience with interest rate risk management and investment securities, preferred *Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel *Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills *Strong attention to detail accompanied by ability to manage large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy *Good written and oral communication skills - can articulate clearly with all levels of employees *Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines Contact our Human Resources Division or visit https://www.ecsb.com/about-us/careers for more details and to apply.
