Main responsibilities: ​ ​

  • Assist in the implementation of the 340B credit model

  • Socialize the new model across the organization to stakeholders, presenting to various key teams and leaders within Sanofi

  • Liaise with 340B Credit Model workstreams and to understand status and drive solutions to roadblocks

  • Develop 340B forecasting for all key brands through trend analysis and incorporating impacts of 340B initiatives as well as legislation impacts

  • Socialize the forecast with Pricing & Analytics, Finance and other key stakeholders

  • Signal any 340B forecast risk to the organization

  • Understand impacts of state legislation and layer into forecast

  • Develop deep understanding of 340B actuals and provide meaningful, actionable insights

  • Understand 340B sales trends and 340B scrubbing trends

  • Work with 340B Senior Manager to build monthly reporting package

  • Lead 340B educational initiatives across the many key stakeholders across the organization, within UMASS as well as V&A, Account team, Policy and Finance

  • Lead 340B customers meetings as needed with Covered Entities to understand 340B purchase patterns

  • Help understand impacts of changes in 340B policies and industry movement on the Sanofi policy

About you

  • Experience :

  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in Managed Care, 340B and/or Finance preferred.

  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills to deliver effective, confident, and results-oriented communications and presentations across the organization

  • Strong project management skills for a large scale project

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to collaborate and make decisions across business units and functional areas

  • Soft and technical skills

  • Passionate, high energy and results-oriented

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Education :

  • BA/BS Degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus
