We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled and experienced Global Reward Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic Reward team. In this role, you will be supporting the Director of Exec Comp, Global Mobility and Incentives in all matters of Incentives – Short term Incentives, Long term Incentives and Employee Share plans. There will also be opportunities to be involved in other Reward projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR business partners, and external vendors to support, implement, and administer incentives and share plans initiatives that align with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with the administration and management the AVEVA’s bonus plan

  • Administer the Long-term incentive plan including communication of awards, annual grant process, query management as well as managing the policy

  • Support the global HRBPs on leaver pro-rated calculations.

  • Work closely with the Finance functions on the accruals and budget of incentives on a monthly basis

  • Manage the employee share plan and LTI platform, as well as manage vendor relationship

  • Manage our PO process for invoicing

  • Be actively involved in the administration of our employee share plan, including those at our sister companies

  • Roll out employee share plan to new locations

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret incentives and LTI data to create insightful reports and presentations for the Governance committee

  • Work closely with the Finance, People and ESG teams to monitor progress of our LTI metrics and support with the impact communication of changes requirements by all functions to meet those metrics.

  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure best-in-class solutions and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience of working within a HR / People’s team environment, preferably regionally or globally.

  • Proven experience of managing Employee share plans globally

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.

  • Proficiency in HR systems, Ms Teams and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and cultures.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
