Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of bags, ensuring they are properly pulled and placed into the machine. The role involves cleaning, palletizing, sorting, and writing live documents on paper.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of bags, ensuring proper handling and placement into machines.

• Clean and sanitize the work area.

• Palletize and sort products.

• Write and maintain various live documents including production records, rework logs, count sheets, and finished product checks.

• Monitor the meter at least every 15 minutes to ensure tasks are on track.

• Follow schedules and written communication.

• Make entries to logs or forms as required.

• Ability to monitor and maintain equipment.

Work Environment

The work environment involves loud machines running from packaging to coffee machines. Training is provided depending on the individual's learning pace. Employees are required to wear a hair net and coat.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camarillo, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
