Aston Carter Contracts Administrator in Calverton, New York
Description:
Support the company with contractual, legal, and administrative duties including managing client portals, preparing Standard Operating Procedures , requesting Certificates of Insurance, preparing and submittal of bids and supporting the Contract Manager.
Legal, Liability and Risk Management Assistance
Partner with Business Development and Operations personnel to prepare submittals for RFP's (Request for Proposals)
Maintain contract Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for invoicing company wide
Organize and retain contract/insurance files electronically
Liaison with insurance carriers and compliance entities
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
Ability to read and understand contract, legal, regulatory and insurance documents
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and NetSuite or similar accounting software
