Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst for one of their top clients. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and consultant, leading research and analysis related to compensation programs and structures. The role involves consulting on compensation policies and practices, collaborating with HR partners on compensation decisions, and ensuring the companys compensation structure remains competitive. The Senior Compensation Analyst will conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation programs by evaluating job roles, market conditions, and internal data. They will participate in salary surveys, benchmark positions, and make informed recommendations on salary adjustments. Additionally, they will prepare reports, conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements, and provide compensation training to HR. The role also includes leading or contributing to special projects, such as pay equity studies and the implementation of new compensation tools or systems.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of relevant experience

Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, V-lookups, and creating dashboards

Advanced knowledge of compensation practices (job analysis, documentation, evaluation, equity review, market pricing, merit, etc.)

Experience using SAP success factor Bachelors degree in a related field

Experience utilizing Korn Ferry null
