The role you’ll contribute:
Leads the development and maintenance of relationships with regional and facility execution partners within AdventHealth for the Talent team. Works to ensure strategic objectives are implemented successfully at the regional and facility level. Serves as a strategic consultant and resource for facility/regional execution partners, championing the areas of digital content, conferences, events, career site, campaigns, referral program, collegiate and projects relevant to talent strategy objectives. This individual must be innovative, detail-driven, persistent, an excellent and highly skilled communicator and of good character. Serves as a regional lead during the system strategic planning process ensuring regional considerations are factored into system recruitment plans. Provides leadership during the creative brainstorming and planning process of initiatives relevant to assigned region.

Leverages strategic and operational team members and one's own knowledge of tools, systems, solutions, and trends to improve work outcomes.
Leads team in the planning, design, and development of strategies and reginal budgets for facilities.
Broadens inclusivity of regional execution partners in the strategic planning process.
Create and implement new projects and creative ideas that help improve the digital experience of talent, showing a direct impact on conversion rates.
Proposes strategic changes to long term plans based on internal and external developments.
Shares insights from regions with Talent Strategy team to enable effective decision making.
Understands and plays an active role in the development of strategies related to digital content, conferences, events, career site, campaigns, referral program, collegiate and projects relevant to talent strategy objectives.
Actively participates with market partners for in-person meeting including but not limited to; quarterly business reviews, events, academic programs, executive meetings, new acquisitions and talent team meetings.
Partners with regional execution partners to develop and execute strategies to meet Talent Strategy objectives.
Serves as a subject-matter expert, providing support for regional leadership presentations, communications, and reports as necessary.
Acts as a local consultant and liaison with Shared Services and regional execution partners on recruitment strategy efforts to attract, engage, and retain talent.
Works to understand stakeholders needs and constraints (timelines, budgets, volumes, etc).
Develops custom strategies at a regional/facility level to support COE Talent strategy programs.
Takes a creative approach to implementing new strategies and crafting appealing content that improves the AdventHealth employment brand and engages job candidates.
Develops and designs strategy recommendations and co-communicates updates on initiatives to regional key stakeholders and talent partners.
Supports academic pipeline in partnership with the academic strategist to ensure
Conducts competitive market research and analyzes AdventHealth content performance, using analytics and insights to recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, human resources or related field required.
3-5 years of experience providing strategy or support in a Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
