Randstad US Selling Account Manager in Calgary, Alberta
This is a hybrid role located in Calgary, AB All applicants must be comfortable commuting to and from the office 1 day per week and to client visits regularly (without relocating).
Randstad, the world’s leading partner for talent, is investing in a Business Development Manager to build and own the BC or AB territory for our Randstad Digital BFSI specialty.
We are seeking an established tech sales professional to grow our local market.
As a BDM , you will be responsible for driving new business through direct client engagement, territory planning, and selling our services. We prioritize building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, aiming to deeply understand their needs for mutual success.

What you need to bring:
Must currently sit in Calgary and have established professional relationships in the local area
1+ years of staffing industry sales experience
IT Staffing sales highly advantageous
Prior experience in selling tech into the Banking, Insurance or Financial Services sector
Knowledge of your local market
Skill in cultivating enduring relationships
Outstanding abilities in communication, presentation, and influence
Strong negotiation skills
A history of outperformance

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-65,000.

In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
