Our client is seeking an HR Analyst to join their team. As an HR Analyst, you will be part of the HR Systems team supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Description:?
Provide excellent customer service support both internally and externally to HR.
Administer HR processes, including onboarding, position management, promotions, terminations, and leave administration, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Partner with HR to troubleshoot, configure, and enhance system functionality.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across the employee life cycle.
Perform regular audits and data clean-ups to maintain the accuracy and completeness of HR data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of direct experience with HR Systems or similar role.
Strong experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, ServiceNow).
Proficiency in HR data management, data integrity, and security best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to contribute to decisions and recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
