Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Data Control Coordinator to join one of Canadas largest commercial fuel and retail organizations. A successful candidate will be working in a hybrid model, 2 days a week on site in downtown Calgary. This team is hiring this candidate to help the team get back up to speed as it is backlogged. Therefore, they will be responsible for responding to a high volume of incidents, investigating and resolving data integrity issues raised by internal and external stakeholders by ensuring that root cause analysis is performed and documented by collaborating with other teams including AR, fuel, IT, Settlements, POS and operations.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years' experience working in accounting, AR, reconciliation or data manipulation

• Experience comparing different data sources.

• Experience working with a large ERP system/working on multiple systems to gather data.

• Advanced in Excel with knowledge of basic functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's etc.)

   · Ability to manipulate data to resolve issues

• ServiceNow exposure, working in an incident management environment

• Reconciliation experience.

• Experience with match functions, analyzing missing data from different datasets etc.

-Detail oriented, analytical ability, a go-getter attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills - PDI experience

-Experience working in Oil and Gas or Retail industry null
