AON Consultant - Delivery Lead in Calgary, Alberta
Aon is looking for a Consultant - Delivery Lead in Calgary.

What the day will look like
Oversee all client deliverables and overall client project management and ensure timely delivery. Work with Relationship Lead to understand strategy, services and coordinate with the required business units to ensure completion.
This individual is the day to day contact for clients, support client with general benefits/rewards questions, last minute or urgent requests and/or coordinating with required BUs as required
Responsible for delivering the work outlined in the engagement letter and other initiatives as agreed to throughout the course of a client relationship
Responsible for project managing the BUs delivery of the work and delivered according to the scope of services and client expectations
Identify opportunities for additional revenue/services to the RL for action
Have broad knowledge about the work performed by Health Solutions
Would leverage specialty resources (actuarial, pharma, wellbeing, etc.) as required
Coordinate and schedule all client meetings related to deliverables
Attend and help prepare for the annual planning meetings
Develop partnership with RL and make sure service delivery aligns with the Benefit Strategy
Coordinate onboarding of client and establishing protocols with carriers (with direct support from applicable business units)
Client advocate for any service or broking related items with direct support from applicable business units to resolve with carriers or service providers
Support RL/finance with revenue recognition in Client Planner
How this opportunity is different
The Consultant - Delivery Lead will ensure year over year growth of client revenue by expansion of revenue/services to existing clients and working with Producers (to and from them) to establish relationships with prospective clients to support new logo revenue, new logos identified by Producer, RFP, Global and local relationships.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Hands-on experience in the Health Benefits realm is required
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Commerce or similar area of focus is helpful but not required
Consistent track record to build, maintain and expand effective professional relationships across multiple partner groups
High levels of Emotional Quotient/Intelligence (EQ) and eye for business
Natural curiosity coupled with a positive mentality and approach to problem solving
Life Insurance license will be required within 12 months if not already held
