Job Title: Packaging Mechanic

2nd shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm Monday-Friday.

Location: Caldwell, NJ

Pay: $28 - $30 per hour

Job Description

Maintaining and troubleshooting packaging equipment. The role involves operating, adjusting, and repairing equipment, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, repair, and maintain packaging equipment

• Support equipment changeovers

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues

• Perform routine maintenance

• Packaging

• Preventive maintenance

• Maintenance technician

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
