::: {dir="auto"} Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of company products :::

::: {dir="auto"} Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Collaborate with customers to provide exceptional service, answer their questions, and provide guidance on product operation, maintenance, and safety. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Fabricate custom parts to desired vehicles and trailers using MIG welding procedures :::

::: {dir="auto"} Keep detailed and accurate records of service activities, including parts used, time spent, and actions taken, using digital systems or written reports. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Follow established service procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and industry standards. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry advancements. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to provide insights and feedback based on customer interactions. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Assist in the development of technical documentation, manuals, and guides for products and equipment. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Qualifications: :::

::: {dir="auto"} High school diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Preferred experience as a Service Technician or similar role, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems but open to more entry level candidates to apply. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Proficiency in reading technical schematics, diagrams, and manuals. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Basic computer skills and experience using diagnostic software and tools is preferred :::

::: {dir="auto"} Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet service deadlines. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks that may require standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Schedule: Monday Friday :::

::: {dir="auto"} Day Shift :::

::: {dir="auto"} Pay: \$20.00/hr + DOE :::
