Job Title: Construction Laborer ($20)

Job Description

We are looking to hire general laborers on a contract to hire basis. We seek individuals with previous laborer, construction, or manufacturing experience who can work effectively in both team settings and independently. Candidates with experience in concrete, rebar, or general construction are highly preferred. While previous industrial forklift experience is a plus, it is not required as employees won't be operating any equipment while on contract.

Responsibilities

• Construct wooden supports

• Tie and secure rebar

• Set rebar cages

• Pour concrete

• Use various hand tools, saws, and drills

• Smooth and sand concrete imperfections in the finishing department

• Hand tool usage

• Power tool usage

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience with industrial forklifts (preferred but not required)

Work Environment

You will be working outside for the entire shift in all weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow. This is an industrial environment where employees work as a team to build columns and bridges to specification, following blueprints and using hand tools. Safety is paramount, and employees are required to wear PPE at all times in the yard. We offer three shifts: Early Bird Shift (3:00am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri), Day Shift (5:00am - 5:30pm Mon - Fri), and Night Shift (12:00am - 10:30am Mon - Fri).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caldwell, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
