The position is open for Egyptian Nationals only to provide project management for facility engineering projects and ensure that projects are completed safely, timely, cost effectively, and are of desired quality.

Supports major customers/clients and leads projects of medium scope and complexity under limited supervision. Detailed knowledge of most aspects of the work function.

As a Sr. Midstream Engineer, you will support and assist in all technical oversight and optimization of all onshore midstream activities with a particular emphasis on design & construction review on gas compression projects in the region.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with relevant gas transportation companies and governments in the region.

  • Carries out design & construction review on gas compression projects in the region.

  • Supports other opportunities in the region from a technical standpoint.

  • Technical counterpart for the commercial operations team to ensure seamless inclusion of technical and operational considerations.

  • Technical review and liaise with relevant parties for all onshore midstream activities.

  • Supports the midstream development plan outlining, current, near term and future recommendations and justifications for further development of the midstream system.

  • Ensures planning, development and investment of midstream capacity is synchronized with the upstream capacities and expansions.

  • Supports marketing and commercial teams right from the initial concept phases to implementation of governing contracts to ensure technical and operational considerations are included.

  • Supports the negotiation stage of the Gas Transportation Agreements to assure technical and operational requirements are appropriate.

  • Liaison between Marketing and Operations with emphasis on distilling and communicating technical/operational matters and advice to commercial practitioners to deliver business objectives.

  • Continues to develop in house capabilities related to flow assurance models of the region.

  • Assure that knowledge of midstream systems are maintained to ensure the veracity of externally produced solutions.
