Opportunity Description

Job Title: BIM Team Leader

Manager: BIM Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate BIM team responsibilities

  2. Participate in meetings with client and consultant to track BIM and coordination progress

  3. Contribute to standardizing ACC workflows for information exchange between project parties

  4. Assist in BIM standardization and documentation

  5. Update BIM Execution Plan and oversee its implementation

  6. Review overall technical BIM coordination

  7. Standardize and coordinate composite drawings

  8. Review and monitor BIM development and data analytics activities

  9. Track internal technical BIM coordination meetings and workshops

  10. Review and approve Technical Design and Shop drawings from all partners

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, architecture, electrical, or mechanical section

  • 10+ years of work experience in BIM technology support role

  • Proficiency in BIM authoring tools such as Revit and CAD

  • Proficient in Navisworks Manage for federating, coordinating, clash detection, and producing reports

  • Ability to use simulation tools like Synchro 4D or Navisworks aligned with project schedules

  • Experience with Dynamo, BIM 360, Civil 3D, PowerBI is an advantage

  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud as the project CDE

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to new challenges

  • Proficient in Arabic and English, French proficiency is a plus
