JBS USA HR COORDINATOR B SHIFT in Cactus, Texas

Description

General Description:

  • Input new hire data into the SAP

  • Input employee changes in rate of pay into the computer in a timely and accurate manner

  • Assist employees with any personnel related questions they may have

  • Act as a translator for employees when problems in language arise

  • Fill out and input leave of absence paperwork from production employees

  • Prepare seniority lists to be posted in reference to all personnel job bids

  • Input all union data into the computer

  • Perform secretarial duties for the personnel department, the HR Manager, Asst. Managers, and for the Employment Manager

  • Daily work tasks are structured

  • Job performance is evaluated by the HR Manager and Asst. Managers on criteria such as accuracy and timeliness in entering employee data into the computer

  • Take care of all YMCA enrollment for production employees

  • Filing, answer phones, and other clerical duties as required per HR

Working Conditions:

  • Office Setting

  • Employee will typically work 40 hours per week M-F with Saturday work if necessary. Overtime pay will occur for all hours over 40.

Required skills:

  • Perferred knowledgeable in SAP, Microsoft Applications-Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook but not limited to

  • Payroll knowledge

  • Attendance Controller knowledge

  • Must have good interpersonal skills

  • People skills & Listening skills

  • Flexibility a plus

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English or other language) required

Education Requirements (if applicable)

  • Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent.
