Job Overview:

Reporting to the Director, US Region Change Advisory & Governance, the Sr. Manager, Metrics and Reporting is accountable for leading the US Region’s Change Advisory & Governance reporting function and providing leadership and management with insights to the risk and performance of the Combined US Operations (CUSO) initiatives portfolio. The Sr. Manager is responsible for managing the reporting process, producing aggregate reporting and distributing the group’s reports to senior management committees, external parties and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the group’s reports to provide an aggregated view and insights to the CUSO initiative portfolio to management and committees.

  • Design, develop, and execute metrics and threshold to monitor the risk and performance of CUSO portfolio.

  • Lead a team to produce routine and ad-hoc reporting for senior management, committees and external parties.

  • Review group’s reports with management and identify any risks and issues for potential escalation.

  • Identify, develop, and execute enhancement to reporting, including reporting designs, processes, and technology.

  • Lead data, metrics and reporting development activities with cross-functional areas such as Risk Management, EPMO and enterprise partners.

  • Continuously enhance reporting function, processes, and capabilities

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services and/or consulting supporting data analytics, metrics and reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Expert experience in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

  • Exceptional analytical skills paired with thought leadership to drive strategic enhancements and deliver insights

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations to drive management decisions

  • Ability to translate data into compelling stories using data visualization

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Detail oriented with the ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively to varying audiences

  • Executive presentation skills and effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels

  • Self-motivated and proactive with intellectual curiosity and a bias towards action

  • Results driven, comfortable working with ambiguity and competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
