Your workplace will be a beautiful and modern enhanced behavioral support home situated in the community of Ramona in North County San Diego.
Your everyday work will involve assisting people with their activities of daily living, facilitating fun activities in the home, helping ensure the home is clean and safe, escorting residents on community outings, implementing and monitoring behavior plans, and noting changes in physical and behavioral health.
Your coworkers will be dedicated and talented health and human service professionals who are skilled at supporting adults who have developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
As a full-time valued employee of Liberty, you can expect:
Starting pay of $24.00 per hour with eligibility to increase to $25.00 after 90 days of employment
Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 10pm and 6am (night shift)
$1,000 new hire bonus ($500 paid at 30 days of employment + $500 paid at 90 days of employment)

240 hours of paid time off annually (equivalent to thirty 8-hour days)
Tuition reduction scholarship with National University
Training and supervised hours to acquire various processional certifications - including Direct Support Professional (DSP) I & II and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Full-time schedule options are now available primarily evenings and overnights with future opportunities to transition to day shift.
