What You Drive at DTNA Must be willing to complete training on 1st Shift Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties including: repetitive processes, moderate to heavy lifting, the use of machinery, and following standardized work procedures Paints structures, performs masonry work, and makes repairs to tools and equipment Facilities & Equipment maintenance Maintains and installs electrical systems and fixtures Read electrical and mechanical drawings Measures, cuts, bonds, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit Uses hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Ensures tools and equipment are maintained and repaired May assist higher level maintenance personnel Identify worn parts and replace or repair parts Conduct test run of repaired equipment Read electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics Properly identify component parts by learning identification numbers Adhere to established work rotation plan Complete training matrix for each rotation position Ability to read and understand Work Station Instructions Perform other duties as assigned Actively participate in improving work area in terms of safety, quality, attendance, productivity, suggestion activities, housekeeping, and throughput Use computer systems to access company data associated with the assembly process, utilize drawings, bills of materials and specification sheets in both electronic and hard copy Ability to operate hand tools and small power tools in a safe and nondestructive manner. Knowledge You Should Bring Ability to perform skilled maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and physical structures(CNC mills/lathes, hoist, PIV, etc) Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation, grasping and supporting power tools Working knowledge of CNC equipment, mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge. Ability to demonstrate troubleshooting skills Troubleshoot electrical issues& install new electrical circuits. Repairing & diagnosing hydraulic equipment issues Must be able to stand on concrete for entire shift with repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must maintain a clean work area. Meet quality standards and implement continuous improvement measures Ability to work in a repetitive motion environment Willingness to cross-train throughout the area Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently Ability to work overtime when necessary Established satisfactory attendance record and performance rating Perform other duties as assigned Exceptional Candidates Might Have
