Pay: $24 per hour or more depending on experience Schedule: 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday and every other Saturday As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management of property occupancy and maintenance. You'll be the point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries and property-related issues. Key duties include coordinating with tenants and third parties for maintenance needs, conducting property showings, processing rental applications, conducting credit checks, and collecting rent payments. You'll also assist in preparing budgets, resolving tenant complaints or disturbances, and ensuring compliance with housing laws such as fair housing and Section 8. In addition, you'll collaborate with the property management team to create advertising materials, oversee facility needs, and ensure that the property operates efficiently and effectively. Qualifications: 1-3 years of leasing or assistant property management experience. Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Friendly customer service experience with a professional attitude. Knowledge of fair housing laws and Section 8 regulations.
