As a Sr. Implementation Specialist, Payroll , you’ll be part of ADP’s dynamic Implementation team, and at the forefront of delivering enterprise-level services such as Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Solutions to Major and National accounts. As an Implementation Specialist (IS), you’ll take charge of the payroll aspects of setting up the system by diving into analysis, configuration, validation, issue resolution, process training, initial live run support, and provide seamless turnover to Client Services.
You’ll thrive in implementing new business, managing platform conversions, and reconfiguring existing accounts, such as spin-offs. Your goal is to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction and maintain top-tier productivity while handling complex and feature-rich client requirements of medium to large-sized organizations. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
• Ensure Quality Implementation: Be responsible for the quality implementation and setup of ADP’s WFN implementation methodology.
• Assess and Configure Needs: Analyze, configure, and understand the client’s Payroll requirements to properly set up the client’s WFN environment.
• Train, Test, and Validate: Conduct training, testing, and validation with the client before participating in the first go-live.
• Manage Client Accounts: Oversee various accounts from project initiation, supporting the client through all phases of the implementation.
• Handle Risks and Escalations: Manage project risks and escalations to resolution.
• Follow Up and Resolve Issues: Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items.
• Meet Milestones and Deadlines: Ensure project task milestones and due dates are met.
• Achieve Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Collaborate for Success: Work collaboratively with customers and team members to achieve desired project results.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
• Post-secondary education or related business experience
• PCP certification (an asset) or fundamental NPI courses
• 2+ years of experience in payroll or a related field.
• Effective communication skills in both English and French, verbal and written.
• Proven experience working directly with clients.
• Exceptional client management and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, resourceful, and a strong team player.
• Proficiency in Excel.
*Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, the use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites.

• Adept at multitasking, probing, analyzing, and solving problems.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong follow-through.
