We are currently recruiting a Traffic Order Specialist for a cold chain logistics company with over 77 years of experience. Our client manages several warehouse locations, including the largest portside cold storage facility on the West Coast.
As a Traffic Order Specialist, you will be an integral part of the logistics team, ensuring the efficient and timely movement of orders within the facility. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage the flow of products, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all orders are processed and delivered on schedule.* *
What you get to do:
- Provide exceptional customer service and interact professionally with a diverse audience.
- Enter customer orders into our proprietary inventory software and manage scheduling for inbound and outbound freight.
- Audit receiving documents, maintain inventory and shipping records, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, dispatchers, and management via email, in person, and over the phone.
- Analyze and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating a strong understanding of inventory and warehousing principles.
* What you need to be successful:*
- 2 years of customer service, inventory, warehousing or other applicable experience
- Maintain a clean driving record
* Schedule:* Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM* *
Pay: $21.45 - $28.81 (DOE)* *
