Express Employment Professionals Accounting Assistant - Providing excellent value and quality for over 25 years in Burlington, Washington
Our client, a leader in the provision of both new and refurbished single-wide newspaper and commercial presses as well as auxiliary equipment and has partnered with Express to recruit for an Accounting Assistant to join their team.
The ideal candidate will support the finance department by managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, and helping to maintain the financial health of the company.* *
What you get to do:
- Managing invoicing, accounts payable, per diem payments, and posting received checks
- Interact with clients to facilitate bill payments and process credit card reports.
* What you need to be successful:*
- 2-3 years of experience in Excel, Word and QuickBooks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working with others and be able to provide excellent customer service!* *
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM* *
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 (DOE)* *
