Team Lead- Crisis Stabilization:

Employees in this position may be eligible for up to \$5,000 in grant-funded tuition or loan assistance

The Team Lead is part of the Crisis Stabilization leadership team and is responsible for several supervisory responsibilities within the Crisis Stabilization programs while also working as an Acute Residential Counselor providing direct care to clients.This is a full-time position that works at Assist, a hospital diversion program that supports adults having a mental health crisis, and ACT1/Bridge, a social detox and jail-diversion sobering program.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview and hire Substitute acute residential counselors
  • Provide on the job training to increase the competency of team members and onboard new staff. Create and facilitate staff trainings
  • Coordinate staff schedules and call-outs, participate in on-call pool
  • Maintain weekly reporting requirements
  • Monitor program checklists, inventory, responsibility tasks
  • Work regularly scheduled shifts to provide direct support to clients and program operations.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver\'s License, and use of a personal vehicle
  • Two years of experience working in the field of mental health and/or substance use
  • One year of experience supervising staff or in a leadership role preferred

Structure:

  • Full Time
  • Exempt
  • Salary starting at \$43,191
