The Direct Support Professional Coordinator will oversee the substitute staffing for three residential programs overseeing approximately 3-6 clients in Burlington, VT. The Coordinator will oversee hiring and coordination of staff daily and monthly schedules. In addition, this position will also be responsible for the recruitment and retention for substitutes. This role supports Developmental Services programming. This Coordinator will provide direct service to clients as needed.
