HostPapa Payroll Coordinator in Burlington, Ontario
Position Summary:

As the Payroll Coordinator , you'll work alongside the Payroll Manager in the Finance department. You'll be responsible for data entry and day-to-day administrative tasks for payroll, benefits, and our retirement plan. Your focus on accuracy and efficiency will be a key success factor.
What you’ll do:
Enter and verify timeclock hours taken from the HiBob HRIS into ADP WorkforceNow
Enter global payroll and adjustments for team members, including hourly and salaried team members
Enroll and terminate members from health benefits and retirement plans
Act as a contact for the general payroll inbox and respond to inquiries
Create and send forms each month for invoice payment processing
Download and maintain payroll reports at the end of each payroll period
Issue Records of Employment for employees in a timely manner
About you:
At least 1 year of full-cycle payroll experience
Proven ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
Excellent time management skills
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Working towards Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) is an asset
