Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating high-speed machines, specifically in filling or bottling. You will be responsible for controlling and adjusting machine speeds, checking outputs for flaws, maintaining operating procedures, and keeping activity logs.

Responsibilities

• Setup high-speed machines with a focus on filling or bottling

• Control and adjust machine speeds

• Check output to identify and stop any machine-related flaws

• Maintain operating procedures for the production line

• Keep detailed activity logs

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of machine operation experience in a GMP environment

• Experience with troubleshooting, setup, and changeovers on high-speed machinery

• Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, allan keys, and channel locks

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma

• Understanding of production procedures

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Physical stamina to meet job demands

Work Environment

The position involves working straight shifts, with night shifts training on days for 4-6 weeks. The work environment is temperature controlled, very clean and organized, with a fragrant smell from the chemicals used. The dress code includes lab coats (provided), long pants, and steel-toe boots. Shifts available: days, afternoons or nights
