Winter Co-op 2025 - Quality Engineer - Burlington, Massachusetts

As a Winter Co-op 2025 - Quality Engineer in Burlington, Massachusetts at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will enhance the quality of Keurig coffee brewers in the market. You will be part of the Field Quality team that monitors the field performance of the brewers. Identify the top issues, analyze the problem and put together corrective actions to ultimately improve the consumer experience.

Shift/Schedule:

  • The KDP 2025 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 6 – May 23, 2025

  • Full-time; 40 hours per week

  • Monday-Friday

  • 8:00am until 5:00pm

  • Hybrid (T/W/Th in office)

As a Quality Engineer Co-op you will:

  • Support Quality Engineers in investigating brewers that are returned from the customer

  • Identify root cause for those returned brewers and support in developing improvement actions to improve the quality

  • Complete data analysis for customer call logs and reviews from retailer sites

Elements of the KDP Intern/Co-Op Program include:

  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment

  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders

  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting

  • Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network

  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
