Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Export Attorney in Burlington, Massachusetts. As an Export Attorney, your role will be pivotal in establishing export controls in collaboration with R& D and Product executives. This role is within the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry where you will be dealing with both SaaS and On-Premise Software export processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with R& D and Product executives to establish and implement export controls

• Apply your knowledge of international trade law to our operations

• Develop and manage export compliance policies to ensure adherence to laws

• Handle trade analysis related to export processes

• Use your expertise in SaaS and On-Premise Software to streamline export processes

• Oversee contract management aspects related to international trade. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Export Attorney

• Comprehensive knowledge of export controls and export laws

• Demonstrable experience in international trade

• Proficiency in SaaS (Software as a Service)

• Demonstrated understanding of contract management

• Ability to interpret and apply SAAS - Software As A Service in the context of export laws

• Proven track record of dealing with complex export legal matters

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• License to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
