Within this team, the PMM (Product Marketing Manager) organization leads Product Launch Strategy and In-Market business growth. It’s an exciting time to join the Wearables PMM team. Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses have had a strong response from the public, and we are growing the team as we look to accelerate growth – and plan for an expanded portfolio of products in the future. Reality Labs’ products often push the boundaries of known consumer experiences, and require multi-channel interactive demo experiences to help consumers learn about and experience first hand the magic & daily value of our products. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can lead cross-functional strategy for demo experiences for Wearables. You’ll work closely product, retail, marketing, research, and web to deliver innovative experiences across multiple channels & environments, from in-store to digital to activations & event sponsorships. Your primary responsibility will be partnering closely with product & sales to develop original & effective retail demo experience as portfolio and channels mature. We’re looking for someone who can represent industry best practices, and help Reality Labs elevate the standard for hand-on and digital demo experiences with our products. In this role, you’ll join a team of In-Market Wearables PMMs, working in service of accelerating the next phase of growth for Meta Wearables world wide.

Required Skills:

Product Marketing, Wearables, Demo Experiences - Reality Labs Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, optimize, and manage the Wearables in-store retail demo experiences in partnership with product, sales, data science, and ops

  2. Measure and optimize in-store demos to deliver measurable business results

  3. Monitor industry best practices and continuously optimize based on learnings

  4. Explore innovative and alternative demo experiences that significantly increase reach of Wearables Demos to global consumers worldwide

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years professional experience in marketing or retail

  2. Experience establishing strategy and bringing it to life through execution, particularly in the brick and mortar retail environment

  3. Experience leading projects that are highly cross functional and require both technical and operational savvy

  4. Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights inform strategy

  5. Experience working with cross functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguity

  6. Experience with writing and documents and presenting to partners

  7. Experience with global products, consumer tech or CPG brands with physical demo experiences

  8. BA/BS degree in marketing or related field or equivilent work experience

  1. Product marketing experience with strong track record of driving business growth

  2. Prior experience with Consumer Electronics hardware, partnerships, and channel execution

  3. Prior product marketing experience across a portfolio of products – experience with projects that work across a multi-product portfolio and/or go deep on any on product

  4. Experience driving initiatives that have not been done before – setting goals, communicating a vision, bringing stakeholders along, facilitating cross-functional alignment, through execution, measurement and performance assessment.

  5. 7+ years professional experience in product marketing and/or technology

  6. MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience

Public Compensation:

$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
