Summary:

Meta is seeking to fill a position on the RL Consolidations team, responsible for all facets of consolidated financial planning and analysis. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience with visibility into Meta's business & operations and have broad impact within the Finance organization. You will work on high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and facilitate the growth of our financial & business planning processes to support an increasingly complex ecosystem. You will also contribute meaningfully to business planning & forecasting and support strategic projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions. Successful candidates for this team have a bias towards action, detail oriented, exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know-how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.

Required Skills:

Finance Manager, RL (Consolidation) Responsibilities:

1. Drive high-impact strategic projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceptional outcomes that propel business growth.

2. Provide clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities to the leadership team.

3. Develop and implement comprehensive long range plans and budget plans that align with organizational goals and objectives

4. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, Central HC Planning team, and other teams, to ensure alignment and drive effective execution of strategic initiatives

5. Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools and processes.

6. Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables and analyzing and explaining trends & drivers.

7. Assist with management and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests

8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

9. 7+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience

10. BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent

11. Experience with financial statement analysis and a knowledge of corporate finance concepts

12. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in interpreting complex data and communicating insights effectively

13. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software, such as Excel, Access, and financial planning tools like Essbase/Hyperion

14. Experience in a high-growth tech company or investment bank

15. SQL experience

16. MBA or MS in quantitative field

17. Consolidation experience in a large company

18. Detail-oriented and experience to multi-task and shift priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines

19. Exceptional communication skills and experience to distill vast amounts of information into a clear & concise story

20. Experience developing frameworks and solutions to high-level questions with limited supervision

21. Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end

Public Compensation:

$115,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
