Responsible for assisting with planning, developing, and conducting training for team members at all levels. Collaborates with the Retail Sales and Training Manager, ROSD, Compliance, Human Resources, and other departments to deliver training programs that will provide essential tools to strengthen knowledge, productivity, and performance, resulting in consistency of work standards. Serve as one of the primary trainers for new hires and current employees in Retail positions. Provides ongoing Retail training in cases of updated/new products, policies, procedures, or systems and to reinforce those already in place. Serves as a relationship building senior coach in the Idaho market. Works with Retail Sales and Training Manager and Development Specialist in identifying training needs and recommending solutions for efficiency, consistency, and relevance. Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and employee performance. Maintains training library resources and distributes materials to managers and other personnel as needed. Ensures consistent, timely and relevant training opportunities are available and executed to support the strategic goals of the organization and to aid in long-term employee development. Provides support in the planning and implementation of large events and meetings.
