Job Summary

The Workplace Experience Coordinator is at the forefront of delivering an unparalleled

Workplace Experience as a cultural ambassador, community advocate, and service

leader. In this role, you would provide experience services and support to increase

individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness.

Host uses people-led services to connect colleagues to their environment through high touch services and world-class customer service support delivered by employees like

the Workplace Experience Coordinator.

As part of the ‘front-of-house’ team, the Workplace Experience Coordinator acts as the

first point of engagement with colleagues and visitors alike, creating a warm, supportive

atmosphere that enhances the workplace experience. This role is located in the West Sussex town of Burgess Hill on the edge of the South Downs National Park. The office is spread across 100,000 square feet over 4 floors and houses 1,500 colleagues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Displays a warm, friendly, professional greeting to all colleagues and visitors. Proactively

engages and introduces themselves throughout the workplace.

Collaborate and work closely with other teams and vendors to deliver an unparalleled

experience to colleagues.

Maintains all location and service information, including notable colleagues, neighborhood

guides and colleague communications.

Responsible for ensuring meeting rooms, pantries, and collaborative spaces are always up to

standard, including proper setup, functionality of equipment, and stocked supply inventory.

Meeting and Events experience is preferred but not essential.

Responds to all colleague requests and complaints promptly in a friendly and professional

manner. Maintains accurate records of service requests and status.

Provides coordination and support for delivery of Colleague Workplace Services. Services

include, but are not limited to: Concierge, Meeting Room Management, A/V Triage, Meeting

& Event Support, Supply and Equipment Management, Workplace Onboarding, and

Community Engagement Support.

Some travel may be required to our Brighton and London locations.

CBRE Standard 5 Year Background Check

25 Days Per Annum (excluding public holidays)

Provides coordination and support for delivery of Colleague Workplace Services. Services

include, but are not limited to: Concierge, Meeting Room Management, A/V Triage, Meeting

& Event Support, Supply and Equipment Management, Workplace Onboarding, and

Community Engagement Support.

Responsible for maintaining awareness of the colleague workspace at all times. When

applicable, submit maintenance requests and/or communicate with appropriate partners to

address issues accordingly.

Utilizes and maintains integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service

delivery, as requested.

Follow security and emergency procedures as defined for the property. Respond to

emergency situations in a calm, efficient manner. Summon appropriate assistance and

make appropriate notifications in accordance with operating procedures.

Curate and administer of the Host platform and client materials customized to meet to the

full Host experience. Ensure client and company materials comply with client and company

brand guidelines.

Performs other duties as assigned.
