Urgently hiring for a Spanish speaking Referral Specialist in Burbank, CA!!

M-F 8am-5pm onsite in Burbank

Pay: $21-$22/HR

Description

This person will be performing tasks such as coordinating referral appointments, sending referral forms to health records, answering phone calls, verifying insurance information, and assisting where needed. The ideal candidate is open to being cross-trained.

• Must have insurance knowledge (HMO is a plus)

• Customer service experience

• Will be managing 40-50 referrals per day (web referrlas but you may occasionally need to call insurances for eligibility)

• Enter authorizations into system.

• Contact patients with requests, schedule appointments, and go the extra mile if patients need assistance

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
