Job Summary:

The Receptionist is the first person our customers encounter upon conducting business with our company. Therefore, this person must be reliable, efficient, accommodating, and a people person. The successful candidate must have a front-office appearance, a cheerful disposition, excellent communication skills, a good attitude and general office experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Greet and answer phones in a very professional manner. Assist office support as needed.

  • Answer switchboard.

  • Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner.

  • Fax documents as needed.

  • Open incoming invoices for A/P and distribute mail.

  • Help Accounting Department with inputting A/P invoices into Oracle and by preparing sales invoices.

  • Provide Office Support when needed and as necessary.

  • Keep area clean.

  • Provide service and support to internal and external customers in a calm, efficient manner.

  • Team player.

  • Willing to take direction with a cheerful, helpful attitude.

  • Having aspiration to work cross collaboratively with HR dept as this role may transition into HR in the future

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Two (2) years in an office/lobby environment or Human Resources background

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferable.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Top Benefits:

Salary range: $20.07 to $25.74. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications.Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
